Question / Discussion 

1. On your worksheet, select a range of cells you want to make into a table. 

2. Go to insert tab and click at table icon

3. To accept the selected cell range for your table,click ok. The selected cell range is converted         into a table

II. EXAMPLE FOR MATHEMATICS FORMULA USING EXCEL 

1. Open microsoft excel 

2. When creating formulas in Microsoft Excel, you always start by typing the equal sign. You type     it in the cell where you want the answer to appear. 

3. The best way of adding cell references is by using the excel feature called pointing. Pointing           allows you to click with your mouse on the cell containing your data to add its cell reference to         the formula. The formula will add the numbers 3 + 2. The final formula will look like this. 

= E1 + E2 

4. The answer will appear

III. HOW TO INSERT SYMBOL RM WITH TWO DECIMAL POINT 

1. Open Microsoft Excel 

2. List the account 

3. Go to icon that have symbol as shown and click at the more accounting format 

4. Set the account to RM and the set to 2 decimal places 

 5. The account will be like this
