1    1. How to insert picture
  •  Click the Picture button on the Insert tab in the Images section. The Insert Picture dialog            box opens.
  •  Navigate to the location of the saved images, such as My Pictures on your hard drive or a CD.
  •  Click on the image you want to use to select it.
  •  Click the Open button. Your chosen image is inserted into your document
2.  How to use bullet and numbering

    Applying Bullets as You Type

    When you are ready to add bulleted text to your document, use the following steps:
  • Place the insertion point where you want the bullets to begin
  • Type the desired text. If the text wraps, Word maintains the quarter-inch indent.
  • Press [Enter] Another bullet appears. Repeat steps 3 and 4 as necessary
  • When finished typing the last line of bulleted text, press [Enter]. The insertion point should appear on a blank bulleted line.
  •  To end the bulleted list, in the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click BulletsOr To end the bulleted list, press [Enter]
3.  How to insert symbol

  • Place your cursor. Make sure the insert cursor is blinking in the location you're about to place your symbol. Click on the Insert tab on the taskbar.
  • Locate the Symbol group. Click on the Symbol button, and a list of recently used symbols will appear. Selecting a symbol from that menu will place that symbol where your insertion cursor is located.
